In order to address the need for C/C++ support of GDF, the respository biosig4c++ has been started.

C/C++ support fpr GDF2.00pre is now available from the BioSig/biosig4c++ repository at
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/biosig/biosig4c++/

Currently, it supports:
- defines the Header structure for interfacing
- reading and writing of GDF2.0pre files.
- and the function main() in biosig.c writes and reads a test file.

The following commands compile the programs:
gcc -lm biosig.c

and generates GDF2.0pre file with the name test.gdf.
./a.out test.gdf

You can play around, and change the settings in order to generate other GDF files, too.

Note, this is a first attempt and might be still prune to errors. However, it can be already useful und demonstrates how to access GDF and other data formats from C/C++.
