Changes of Version 0.27

- Channel selection is supported
HDR.CHANNEL[k].OnOff is used to control whether channel k should be read or not.
- SREAD and SREAD2 implemented
SREAD2 is more similar to FREAD and requires a memory allocation
SREAD includes the memory allocation within the function. The data is returned in HDR.data.block and the matrix size is indicated in HDR.data.size.

- Big-Endian platform supported. This is tested on PPC64 platform
- bug fixes for EDF,BDF and CNT format
- Makefile for linux (Thanks to Thomas Brunner)
- main generates GDF file and displays header information of existing files

Cheers,
