1) BioSig for Octave and Matlab Version 1.70 released:
V1.70 contain many new features:
- support for several data formats has improved (BDF, EDF+, EEProbe)
- support for several new features (HJORTH, BARLOW, Wackermann, etc. )
- Multiclass classifiers based on 1-vs-rest scheme
- improved visualization

2) Moreover, the OpenECG consortium http://www.openecg.net has choosen
BioSig as platform for developing converters between the XML-based HL7-aECG format and the SCP-ECG format. The programming languages
C/C++, Octave/Matlab and JAVA will be used for implementation.
